Shipping policy
This policy applies to all products purchased from CRAFT ATELIER BY BELGIN KARABAY LLC
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our fulfillment location in Turkey within 1 to 3 business days(Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays) of receiving the order confirmation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from Turkey.
2. Shipping Method and Delivery Estimates
We exclusively use Express International Shipping to ensure fast and reliable delivery worldwide.
Note: Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays can occur due to customs processing or carrier issues.
3. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees (Crucial International Clause)

The customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country (e.g., VAT in Europe, duties in the US for high-value goods).

These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The carrier will contact the customer for payment of these fees before delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damage and Lost Orders
Damage: If you receive your order damaged, please refer immediately to our Refund Policy (Section 4, Damaged or Defective Goods) for the mandatory steps, including obtaining a carrier damage report, required to submit a claim.
Lost Orders: If tracking information shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
