The outer diameter of the donut pillow in the image is 40 cm~16". However, there are options as 40 cm/~16"-35cm/~14"-30cm/~12". You can even share your custom measurements with us and we can prepare it for you. Ball pillows in the photo are 8"(ecru) and 10"(peanut). This can give you an idea of the size.
